The elemental gods of the north and the demons of thesouth have returned to the earth once again to wage holy war. Kagura, a verytroubled boy, seems to somehow be connected to the powerful elemental battlesthat take place on the city streets. Massive amounts of property damage ensue,and Kagura`s real connection to the elemental warriors is revealed.
