Earth is invaded by theMakuu Empire, led by Don Hora (aka Horror), who has already destroyed a spacecolony near Earth. Don Hora aims to dominate the whole universe and the Earthrepresents an obstacle he must overcome but not necessarily by destroying it.Don Hora sends spaceships to start panic among Earthlings. While Makuu isimposing its domination on the blue planet, Space Sheriff Gavan from theGalactic Union Patrol arrives in his spaceship Dolgiran, from Bado Sei (BirdPlanet), the planet on which Space Sheriffs are trained and are on call whenpeace is threatened. Gavan is asked to defend the Earth which was his mother'splanet of origin. Gavan is helped by Mimi, the daughter of Commander Com, and isgiven information by Com. Gavan is now on Earth to defend it against Don Horaand his devilish schemes. He has settled on Earth incognito, working in theAvalon Youth Club in Japan where he is known as Retsu Ichijouji, his actualearthling name.!
