Only a special ARCAM operativeknown as a Spriggan stands in their way. Japanese Spriggan Yu Ominae teams upwith French Spriggan Jean-Jacques Mondo to combat members of the U.S. MachineCorps. led by Col. MacDougall - a genetically-enhanced boy with deadly psionicpowers.
