During a war for controlof Earth's orbital elevator, Kei Katsuragi detonated a Super Dimensional Bomb,which shattered the barrier between the alternate dimensions of Earth, andcollected them together piecemeal. In addition to the dimensional chaos, a giantbarrier appeared around the earth, sealing it, causing rapid global warming andthe eventual extinction of all realties on Earth. Kei and his wing-mate Olsonare the only ones who can revert the Earth back to normal because they were inthe focal point of the blast. They are dubbed the Ideoblasts and are thrustedinto a chaotic world where the peoples of alternate realities battle each otherto capture them so that they can harness the power of the dimensional bomb andensure their races respectivesurvival.
