Trademarks : Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, written and other materials that are part of this site (collectively, the "Contents") are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property owned, controlled or licensed by Crazyeast.com, one of its affiliates or by third parties who's products are available on our site and are protected by international copyright laws. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement, and assembly) of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Crazyeast.com and is also protected by international copyright laws.

Software : This site and all its Contents are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use unless express permission has been granted otherwise. You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the site for your personal use only without permission. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the site or any related software. Returns and order cancelation policy

Faulty items : We will gladly replace (for same item ONLY) any faulty items within 14 days of receipt of order. With any DVD we would firstly request that you attempt to play the disc in question on another player to ensure the problem is not player/disc specific. With discs that come loose in transit within their case surface scratching can result but fortunately this rarely results in playback errors. If you find playback errors are occurring then attempt to clean or even lightly polish the disc to see if this remedies the situation. On electronic goods please email sales@crazyeast.comfirst to check if there is any advise we can offer with the item that might remedy the situation. On memorabilia again please email sales@crazyeast.com due to availability issues on these items. If in any doubt on any item then please e-mail our returns and replacement department on sales@crazyeast.com with your name, order number and nature of fault. If a return is agreed they will issue you a instructions on the procedure for return. Replacement items will not be sent until we have received the return and verified the faults. Crazyeast.com will cover return postage costs for any faulty item returned.

Items ordered in error : We will allow a grace period of 14 days from receipt of order to return any item assuming it has not been opened and is in exact same condition as when shipped. We cannot accept any return that has had shrink-wrap or security seals removed. Refunds for these returns will be applied to your Paypal/Credit card/Debit Card/Google Checkout or as a credit on your Crazyeast.com member account. Crazyeast.com reserves the right to impose a 15% restocking fee and revoke the free shipping if its felt this policy is being abused.

Order cancelation : Orders made in error can be cancelled within the first few hours of the transaction or before the item has shipped. Once the item has been shipped the order will adhere to the Items ordered in error policy as above. Any order where by the item is out of stock at the point of sale through to the postage of the item is eligible for cancelation during that period. Please email sales@crazyeast.com

Shipping Policy

Free shipping policy : All retail orders shipped through Crazyeast.com will be sent with no shipping charge. Crazyeast.com reserve the right to revoke this offer in cases where in particular the Items ordered in error policy or any other term of the sale is considered to be abused.

Same day/next day shipping : Orders that are received up to 1 p.m. (GMT) will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 1 p.m. will ship the following day excluding Friday's. Friday's orders will ship from our warehouse Monday evening.

Delivery times : Most items sent by Crazyeast.com will have a delivery time of 5-7 days via registered trackable USPS, Postlaju or Royal Mail services. Larger orders of a certain value will be sent via Fedex, UPS, DHL or EMS courier. No item will be sent via an untraceable delivery method.

Postal losses : Crazyeast.com will resend any orders deemed to have been lost in the postal system before received. We do ask that every effort is made to confirm that the item hasn't been signed for by another person at the same address. We will investigate all postal losses promptly and upon completion resend or request further information.

Tracking : Tracking numbers for items shipped by courier will be added to the order details within the Crazyeast.com member account. If you have not received your package in the time periods indicated above please emailsales@crazyeast.com with your order number and address and our customer care department will investigation the order promptly

Privacy Policy

We respect your right to privacy. At Crazyeast.com we collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact to you regarding the status of your order. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, credit card for payment and a password. Crazyeast.com will not rent, sell or share your name or personal information without your permission. Crazyeast.com does utilize "cookies" to help recognize you as a repeat visitor and to track traffic patterns on our site. This information is completely anonymous. We use this information to improve the user-friendliness and functionality of Crazyeast.com.
